Something going around TikTok is the “invisible string theory” which suggests the deep, invisible connections that we all have between our past, present, and future.

I find this a powerful topic to expand upon.

The “string” is not a “string” as much as it is a very complex web of moving particles. Essentially, the invisible string theory indicates that everything is connected beyond space and time and that there are connectors that run throughout many different points of our lives that also coincide with points of other people’s lives, too.

The way everything is connected is never coincidental - this you already know. But also, everything is connected as a series of time manipulated as points of contact. In other words, what you consider a point upon which many different strings connect together is actually a moment in time that is layered with many other moments in time.

There is no separation between moments in time. The human brain only perceives the separation in order to understand a linear life / timeline. So, in moments that intersect, time does not exist but unravels as a singular moment of Now.

There is no separation between moments in time.

So, for example, if you were 5 years old and eating a candy bar experiencing a moment of bliss that eventually carves out a significant part of your memory, this feeling of “bliss” may return later in life and immediately trigger nostalgia. You remember the tastes, smells, details, and feelings of being that 5 year old child joyfully eating that candy bar.

Memory is also an example of the “invisible string” or web that runs throughout our lives: memory escapes time yet bridges multiple moments in time.

In other words, those moments are not “new” - they have been experienced before and return through your senses in one way or another. And they are not always asking to be revisited but instead, are asking to be reborn.

So when that invisible web conjures positive energy in your Now moment, ask yourself, “How can I utilize this energy to grow and push me forward based on what the invisible web is bringing to me?”

When that invisible web conjures negative energy in your Now moment, ask yourself, “How am I putting up blockages or limitations in my growth based on what the invisible web is bringing to me?”
