Happy February Full Moon! How have your emotions and energy been lately?
These past two weeks (since the February New Moon) have been deeply integrating two very powerful things: refinement and release.
The Full Moon on February 24 grants us the opportunity to begin walking through the corridor towards the open doors of a new season of life that will be tremendously transformational - one that I’ve been speaking about since the end of last year.
In my December Full Moon energy transmission, I spoke about how I heard the words, “a reset is coming” very clearly - feeling the energy of that “reset” emerging in the early Spring (March/April).
Since then, I’ve been called into deep hibernation, necessary to preserve energy and slow things down enough to refocus, refine, and release on so many different levels. For many of you, it may be feeling a little hazy, foggy, sleepy, or having the desire to ground back into your very basic self and needs (all the extra stuff is beginning to feel too much!)
These past two weeks have offered me the clarity of understanding what the refinement and release process during this time is all about.
The process of refinement has two important steps:
Knowing what you want
Knowing what you don’t want
These two steps work cohesively and collaboratively together to show us how to refine our energy and translate our energy into our reality.
When we experience what we do not want, we must understand that it is never about the experience itself - it is always about how we are feeling in the moment of the unwanted experience. Because, it is within the feeling that we can learn to clearly identify what our deep inner sight and senses are trying to tell us.
You see, the communication between our conscious self and our unconscious self is manifested in our physical experiences because the physical is a bridge in between our conscious and unconscious self.
Our physical reality is always showing us where we’re at. When we are experiencing something unwanted, we only need to learn how to be in those moments so that we can move our experience from unwanted into wanted.
